This is a short history of my previous Political campaign, so everybody can view and guage my personal views translated into my Declaration to the Electorate when I contested the 2004 State election. Also a short history of my Fight for two people I loved and respected in my life.

This is the very first advertisement I placed in the Courier Mail after my decision to contest the State Election back in February 2004.

The following three pages are ads I placed in the Courier Mail during July and August 2005, it had been four years from the time a body was found and identified as my Father.

In this advertisement there was a mistake in the wording at item 2. --- The actual wording in the letter from the Coroners Office to the John Tonge Centre is, “ I would be pleased if you could reply to the writer explaining the reason that you would prefer restricting access to the scientific evidence.” There is a big difference between restricting access & restricted access. I have lived with the first meaning “restricting access” from the time of my father’s inquest in 2002. I to this day, still have not been granted the Forensic DNA sequence from the Coroners Office or the John Tonge Centre.

I placed this ad in the Courier Mail in February 2006, after trying for five years to establish the facts regarding the death of my wife and the circumstances surrounding the production of a Will which was submitted for probate at the Supreme Court of Queensland in February 2001. My wife was found dead in her home in Cairns during the month of August 2000. I was never notified about the death of my wife, I only became aware of my wife’s death by accident. The Queensland Police never notified me about the death of my wife and they certainly did not notify the Coroner about the fact that my wife and I were married and in contact with each other at the time my wife was found dead. The Coroner released my wife’s body for Cremation before the course of death was established and the Queensland Police never informed the Coroner that I existed. When I contacted the Coroner, one month after my wife’s death, one of the first questions he asked was did I think my wife’s death was suspicious. The first time a question was asked about a Will was when a Queensland Police Inspector asked the question to me, was there anybody that would benefit from the death of my wife. This was the beginning of a series of events which no other person in Queensland or Australia should ever have to contend with when a person you love is found dead.

As you can see by the number of Authorities I have contacted and the time span it has taken me in my fight for two people I loved and respected in my life, I don’t give up easily. I have been to Hell and back due to the lies I have been told and the obstacles placed before me.

One such lie I have evidence of is the fact that there are two different descriptions concerning the internal organs of my wife, one on the Post Mortem Report from the time of my wife’s death, and the other description by a Doctor who performed an operation on my wife prior to my wife’s death.

From the Post Mortem Report -- Peritoneal Cavity: Adhesions were present in the pelvic region between loops in small intestine and the uterus.

From Documents received from Cairns Base Hospital -- Operation Description: Tubes, Ovaries and Uterus absent.

I spoke with two different people after my wife’s death who both told me that my wife had a Hysterectomy, one person from Cairns and the other a friend here in Brisbane.

So is there anybody out there who can explain to me why such conflicting evidence is not a concern firstly to the Coronial System and secondly to the Supreme Court of Queensland. As a result, my objection to Probate being granted on a Will lodged in the Supreme Court of Queensland as my wife’s last Will and Testament, was thrown out of Court after Five years in the Legal System.

All of this is why I decided to enter the public arena by contesting the State election as an Independent in 2004 and why I am now contesting the Federal Senate election this year, also as an Independent Candidate. I am not asking for your sympathy vote, I am asking for your Vote, only if you believe I can be a valid Senate Representative for the State of Queensland.
